The best part, the gasifier fuel system. Kevin was inspired by a friend to start playing with gasifiers and then met people along the way with the common interest. One person in particular owned a wood gasifier, which he had to have. Since then the next step was to build the fuel system making it safe and pulling the rest of the pieces together.
This Pontiac, blue steel beauty was featured in the movie "Starlight". The dash, still in tact in the car, is signed by Willie Nelson. The car came with an unfortunate mishap needing extensive body work which led to a Saskatchewan road trip for a roof skin and donor car. The factory roof was reskinned. At the time, there was no shop to repair the car in. Both doors were replaced and the body work began. The car was stripped of the old lacquer and white lightning body filler. Work continues as it's being brought back to a somewhat original state.
Olive Oil started out as a rolling chassis brought home from Kijiji. The bike was built up, but during the process the brothers dog ate all the paperwork, which ensued the gauntlet of getting a VIN. The stock motor, originally planned for rebuild, turned out to be garbage. Kevin contacted Leather and Steel in Fruitvale and got his hands on a 127cubic inch Ultima Berata engine, along with some bitching rims. In six months this bike came alive from a frame and rims to a customized bike boasting 150 horse power. The body itself is full of fabricated features keeping the gawking eye busy.
